**Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the show’s standards at the highest level by keeping assigned “tracks” at the performance quality at which the show was first directed
- Troubleshoot technical problems to maintain show quality at the discretion of Leads and Supervisors
- Learn additional duties or tracks in order to facilitate the rotation process
- Maintain all technical elements as set during the rehearsal period
- Take proper care of all assigned equipment and before each use ensure that the equipment operates safely
- Learn and master all assigned equipment, its operation and maintenance procedures and conduct daily safety checks and report any damages, malfunctions, and irregularities to Management
- Maintain at all times a positive rapport with all guests and associates in the Park, whether during a performance, or during a personal encounter while out in the Park
- Ensure that all safety standards and practices are met
- Perform all duties as assigned by Leads or Entertainment Supervisors including but, not be limited to the cleaning of the break room and associated backstage areas and maintenance of technical equipment
- Use all means at his/her disposal to promote a positive spirit of unity within the department
- Assist with other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a post-secondary theatre program or have technical theatre experience
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in all types of weather conditions
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Dependable and enjoy the prospect of working in a guest oriented environment
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong written and oral communications skills
