**Manager, Operations Process and Support**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Support the planning and implementation of business projects and be a trusted and critical adviser to the Direction, Operations Support and relevant partners during strategy formulation, development, and execution
- Provide guidance to creation and ongoing maintenance of operations SOPs
- Support the L&D team in creating and reviewing documentation for training for operations teams
- Support operations site certification audits
- Build strong collaborative relationships with the operations sites to ensure ongoing alignment
- Support the activity of assessing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, process gap analysis, and executing process improvement within MediSystem to increase productivity and improve efficiency to drive bottom line savings
- Investigate and identify opportunities for business and operations process improvements across MediSystem, develop supporting business cases and analytical models, and present recommendations to stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and frontline staff to understand pain points to develop workflow analysis and recommendations
- Support and interact with key partners within the business in developing business process strategies, including long-term goals and objectives, risk management, and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings efficiently and optimally, with the ability to connect the dots and influence key decisions
- Draft concise written communications and instructions to business stakeholders and clients where required
- Support the Director, Operations Support in various tasks as required
- Advise and support operations sites as required
**What You’ll Need**:
- Thorough understanding of LTC pharmacy workflow and SME in several departments
- Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
- Strong ownership and accountability and confident in managing and executing process initiatives projects from start to finish with little or no supervision
- Strong interpersonal and tactful communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to influence change without direct reporting authority
- Effective and mature communicator, as well as receptive listening skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various audiences
- Strong facilitation skills to lead large groups through complex concepts
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced and changing environment, manage through ambiguity and be adaptable in setting and prioritizing work
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
