Inside Sales Technician

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Inside Sales Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the success of our sales operations. From providing detailed technical specifications to potential buyers to closing new accounts through effective communication channels, you will play a crucial role in driving technical sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.
- Providing technical expertise on products and service.
- Conducting customer need analysis and presenting the customer with possible solutions
- Understanding a product's functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them.
- Promoting sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients.
- Consulting with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience in business or related field. Excellent communication & organizational skills are a must.
- Be able to display an excellent sales aptitude along with the ability to learn and retain complete knowledge of our products and services.
- Have a genuine customer service commitment for both internal & external clients.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays, as needed.
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize, focus and manage multi-tasking in a SUPER fast paced environment.
