Lsw Construction ltd. is looking for a **Laborer** to join our team in Hamilton, ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform work in accordance with specifications and/or instructions from supervisor or project manager
- Perform general labor duties such as mixing mortar, setting up scaffold, carry masonry materials such as bricks, stone, cement
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or project manager
- Ensure that work site conditions are safe, clean, and safe for staff and visitors
- Ensure that work site safety is maintained at all times
- Report safety concerns to supervisor or project manager immediately
- Complete all required training on a regular basis

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Experience in a construction industry (preferred)

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
