**About Us**
**Purpose/Job Role**:
As a Warehouse Associate at The DPF Company you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our supply chain and logistics. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and distributing goods while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organization. This role requires individuals who are committed to ensuring our warehouse operations run efficiently.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processing orders completely & correctly.
- Manufacturing crates for our finished goods. Operating and maintaining hand/power tools and packaging equipment. Lifting and moving products around the warehouse to improve space utilization. Moving products for packaging inside the warehouse, loading them into delivery trucks, and operating forklifts safely and responsibly. Identifying product, labeling, and packing appropriately. boxing and shrink-wrapping duties as well as these will come up from time to time.
- Packing the items in the selected package(s), ensuring they are secure and sufficient packing material is used to prevent damage (Ex. Foam, bubble wrap, crumpled paper, foam inserts, etc). Note the quantity packed for each item on the Packing List.
- Following the work manuals and instructions.
- Shipping orders and ensuring carriers/couriers pick up the right boxes/crates. Use company system to communicate the work progress. Schedule courier pick-up accordingly.
- Printing Picking List from the company system in priority order as set in it.
- Receiving and processing incoming finished goods and raw materials. Ensuring the unloading and put away time align with the Operations KPIs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area according to daily and weekly standards while abiding by health and safety regulations. Attending applicable safety training to ensure knowledge of safe working practices.
- Maintaining awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, supporting gathering and tracking information as needed, to measure performance. Ensuring their work is in alignment with the KPIs and team objectives.
- Completing enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes for Sales order. Use company system to communicate pickup scheduling and other requirements.
- Maintaining knowledge of Production & Delivery processes and equipment to ensure readiness for support when needed.
- Keeping inventory records, conducting physical counts of inventory, and updating inventory records. Conducts inventory on a regular basis (e.g. monthly).
- Loading and unloading truck trailers, cargo planes or other delivery vehicles as needed or directed by supervisors.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience is a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units.
- Experience utilizing warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
**Required computer skills**:
- Must have intermediate computer skills, preferably in a warehouse environment that utilizes carrier websites and google sheets.
- Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with an inventory management system is a plus.
**Physical job requirements**:
- Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
- Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.
- Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
- Climb up and down stairs.

**Experience**:
