We are currently looking for a highly motivated **Receptionist **who thrives in a busy office environment. The position is the face of the company as you are the front line, the first person our clients meet either in person or on the phone and your professional manners, courteous nature and exceptional customer service is what you are all about. You pride yourself in the way you can easily interact with people from various professions. You also enjoy making the office environment a friendly and comfortable place not only for the clients, but for staff and visitors as well. You will enjoy maintaining the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms.

You are reliable, attentive and your attention to detail is essential. You have the ability to adapt and be flexible to changing priorities, demands and deadlines.

**Skills required**:

- Advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with a multi-line phone system
- Comfortable operating all types of modern office equipment
- Process point of sale payments and manage a cash reporting system
- Superior organizational and time management skills
