The position is primarily responsible for the compilation of data from all sites and the assemblage of reports to be distributed to the end user. Tasks include data compilation - sample results, flow data, and notes, analysis, troubleshooting, quoting, and report writing. The position will also assist with administrative tasks within the Department. Employees must adhere to all internal and external company healthy and safety policies. The technician will act as a company ambassador to continually represent the Waterloo Biofilter brand.

**Requirements**:

- Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Word and Excel
- Experience with ExpandIT, Business Central 365, or Microsoft Applications is considered an asset
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills
- Must be detail oriented
- An engineering or science background is considered an asset
- Experience with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) regulations is considered an asset
- English proficiency - strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Available to work forty (40) hours per week
