Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to play a key role by taking charge of daily activities on our manufacturing shop floor. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the technical engineering group, welding group, rigging/assembly group, paint shop and ensuring that each department meets its production targets and quality standards.

**Duties**:

- 3-5 years Service Manager Experience
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the shop floor, including engineering, welding, assembly and painting.
- Supervise lead hands from each group and ensure effective communication and coordinate between them.
- Maintain schedule adherence and optimize productivity across all manufacturing operations.
- Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and continuously improve systems and processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Inventory Control Manager to ensure a smooth production flow and effective inventory management.
- Be key point of contact for regular updates on shop floor activities and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in an equipment manufacturing setting or metal fabrication.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering, welding processes and assembly operations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to drive accountability in the team and create a positive work culture.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
