**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Build forms for precast concrete products.
- Complete work on time and on budget
- Communicate well with other lead hands, set-up persons, workers, and supervisors.
- Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Guiding fellow workers in their required daily job requirements
- Help train new employees when necessary.
- To ensure all materials required for daily production needs are at hand. If not report any lack of material to supervisor
- Review manpower requirements with supervisor
- Other additional duties maybe assigned.
- Willing to work overtime as required.
- Makes and sets any special block-outs (e.g. Miters, skews, wooden bulkheads) as per unit drawings.
- Interpreting drawings with multiple section views. Capable of interpreting opposite hand drawings.
- Full knowledge of all carpenter shop equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license,Forklift, RelatedCarpentry Training
- 2+ years of related experience and/or a full working knowledge of all products are necessary. Able to read and comprehend production drawings.
- Previous construction experience
- Exposure to blueprint reading
