**SUMMARY**

The Hydro tester is involved in connecting pipe, hydro-testing, and rigging. This work exists indoors and outdoors and is typically physically demanding. Dayshift and nightshift available.

**Location**: Edmonton, AB Fabrication Shop

**Anticipated Start Date**: May 13, 2024

**Shift**: 4&3, Monday - Thursday (10-hour Days or Nights)

**Rate**:$29.76-$53.15 (Inclusive of employer contributions for vacation/statutory, health and welfare, RSP, RSP matching, and education and training)

**JOB DUTIES**
- Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
- Perform pressure tests by increasing pressure in pipe systems and observing pressure gauges to test for leaks
- Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
- May perform other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
- Knowledge of hydro testing is required
- Alberta registered apprentice or ticketed journeyman (or hold an apprenticeship or journeyman certificate recognized by AIT)
- Overhead crane and rigging considered an asset
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and climb in/under units in the field
