Sales Agent

Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
