Reporting to the Manager, Financial Systems - YUL, we are looking for a creative individual to participate in the planning, development and ongoing operation of financial systems using new technological processes and procedures. The scope of the position also includes the planning and delivery of support and training services to the financial client groups.

**Key Functions and Responsibilities**
- Analyze, recommend and implement changes to financial planning and reporting systems and procedures to meet business needs.
- Assist in the identification, development and implementation of solutions to satisfy the process and system needs of the Finance branch, Subsidiaries and other users of financial data.
Obtain knowledge of and promote/implement "best practices" and process improvements relating to financial systems.
Provide support and act as liaison with Information Technology, as well as the Outsourcer.
- Represent the financial systems group and the user community on corporate projects and other initiatives, including software upgrades of new and existing products.
- Ensure that all financial system changes are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Monitor all change requests to ensure appropriate prioritization of outstanding requests; assist in the definition of user acceptance tests and testing of completed changes.

**Qualifications**
- Self starter
- Strong PC skills
- Significant knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Products
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new PC tools and software.
- University degree or College degree in related fields required.
- Good interpersonal skills / team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and well organized.
- Understanding of financial systems and processes
- Experience with SQL, PowerApps and PowerBI, a definite asset
