**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Your Impact**:

- Welcome and guide customers to discover their perfect cider, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle queries and provide detailed product information.
- Conduct tastings of our alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Manage transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Ensure the sales area is tidy and well-stocked.
- Upsell products to complement customer purchases.
- Assist in inventory control, including the receipt and stocking of goods.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest products and trends in the industry.

**About You**:

- Smart Serve Certified Required
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage well with customers.
- Previous experience in sales or restaurant industry.
- Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks.
