We are currently looking for a Regulatory Technician to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring that all production artwork meets regulatory compliance, client requirements, and established standards set by the Quality team.

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Ensure all artwork content to complies with client and country specific requirements
- Verify spelling, font size and layout on all regulatory details such as: Ingredients, weights, claims, warnings, recycling, vegan/bunny logos, COO, labelling requirements and lot codes.
- Create, maintain, and utilize brand guidelines to help standardize layouts and support accurate reviews and compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes for key countries on artwork and marketing compliance. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure key topics are monitored and implemented.
- Ensure all UPCs are scannable.
- Assist the QA team with package fit and label adhesion testing.
- Investigate discrepancies, uncovering critical insights and effectively communicating findings to the relevant individuals through detailed reporting and proactive follow-up.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a Regulatory certificate or College diploma
- 2+ years of working experience in quality and regulatory
- Knowledge of Canadian and USA Regulations for Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, and OTC/Drug products
- Have an understanding of the Labeling requirements in Canada and the US
- Strong communicator and problem solver with effective follow up skills
