**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the operational efficiency and excellence of the Company's AARR reporting as well as operational aspects of the Company's AARR monitoring.
- Improve the efficiency (resource utilization) of the operational workflow of the In-house tailors
- Evaluate and optimize alterations and Remakes T&Cs, and workflow
- Ensure timely Fit training are provided to the Retail team in coordination with the Fit trainers
- Develop a SOP for remakes and alterations and ensure it is being followed across the board
- Develop AARR reports and Dashboards which align with the companies T&Cs and the financial metrics. Multiple reports need to be developed for different stakeholders.
- Ensure the AARR reports are accessible on BI
- Evaluate AARR processes and ensure optimal monitoring
- Optimize, supervise and train Retail & CE team
- Managing T&Cs
- Create a process flow of approving remakes and alteration including approving exceptions to the T&Cs
- Decision making process of alteration vs remakes
- Verify all remakes and create approval metrics for multiple alterations and remakes
- Working with China team and Dayang to identify gaps and suggest constant improvements
- Working with the Finance FP&A team in developing an incentive structure to bring down the remakes and alteration cost
- Report to P&C any findings of Employee misuse of policy
- Audit Report submitted to Finance on a monthly basis (allow us to track any variance throughout the year)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 7+ years of relevant leadership in Internal control and operational efficiency role
- Ability and desire to flex from big picture strategic thinking to rolling up the sleeves and getting into the details; strong analytical capabilities at the micro and macro-level
- Proven ability to identify existing opportunities, foresee upcoming challenges, and effectively react
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the inherent ability to lead, inspire, coach and mentor
- Proven success scaling growing companies - this is someone who should bring instant credibility because of his/her accomplishments
- Previous internal or operational audit experience would be an asset
- Track record of personal and team achievement with substantial contributions to the optimization of businesses through innovative thinking, people development, and an ability to make things happen
- Proven ability to influence others in this fast-paced business through fact-based arguments, detailed planning, a passion for results, and strong personal relationships with key stakeholders, from the front-line to the CEO
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence and drive change
- Demonstrated proclivity to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change
