Head Cashier

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Train and supervise cashiers to ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Willingness to learn
- Ensure Cashes run effectively at all times
- Assist and oversee customer returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with the management team to implement store policies and procedures
- Ensure Cashes run effectively at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

**Location**:
This position is located in Gananoque.

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.28 per hour
