Our Business Analysis team is looking for a Director of Global Operational Analysis to support Nordia's operations in Canada and the Philippines **(hybrid position available at our Laval headquarters)**.

In this position, you will lead a team responsible for analyzing the company's key performance indicators. You'll stay at the forefront of the trends shaping our business markets, and produce recommendations essential to Nordia's decision-making and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
You will act as direct support to the **Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer**. You will be responsible for the strategic leveraging of data and analytics to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience:

- Supervise the analysis of key performance indicators (e.g. attendance, productivity); synthesize information; make recommendations to improve performance and operational processes.
- Conduct market studies and exploit information essential to the development of our activities.
- Quantify the impact and monitor the progress of action plans and projects implemented.
- Build and deliver executive presentations (weekly business reviews).
- Lead your team in analyzing operational dashboards at all levels of the organization, identifying performance variability and addressing outliers.
- Measure compliance of operational processes and ensure the success of coaching efforts.
- Identify process gaps and develop a business case to address them.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance processes.
- This position requires occasional travel abroad.

- You have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and English is essential, given the international context of our teams.
