**Client Development Manager, Toronto**
Exciting opportunity to work in the North American capital markets with C-level executives in industry leading companies in the mining, technology, Life Science sectors. As Client Development Manager (CDM) you will be responsible for generating new sales that meet or exceed your quota and help the company grow its business in North America. You will report to the Director of Client Development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing in depth knowledge of INN products and services
- Expand knowledge of digital marketing terms and metrics
- Be informed of market trends and current affairs
- Generate new business leads to close via monitoring of news, PR and websites
- Qualifying and prioritizing leads
- Accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly sales.
- Using Salesforce to manage the pipeline and record all sales activity and opportunities.
- Building relationships with strategic partners and leveraging to help fill the sales pipeline.
- Ongoing cooperation with the sales team, which includes, adhering to INN Sales guidelines and principles.
- Negotiate contracts
- Helping to define and implement personal action plans and strategies that drive key metrics.
- Work with Inside sales to development appointments
**Performance Measures**
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Weekly activity including outbound calls, demos, new opportunities vs lost opportunities
- Develop a pipeline of prospects in resources, Lifescience technology and cannabis
