**Skills Required**:

- Process functional expertise in PeopleSoft General Ledger Module
- Experience in Implementation & Customization
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Development Life Cycle (PDLC) - Fit/Gap Analysis, Design, Data Conversion, User Interface Customization, Unit / Integration / System /Acceptance Testing, End User Training
- Adept at analyzing business processes and user requirements
- Well-versed in Workflow design
- Expertise in writing PS Queries

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform business process review for AP processes
- Perform Fit-GAP analysis to gather requirements for AP implementation
- Perform conference room pilots to demonstrate new AP functionality
- Document AP business processes, design and configure AP Journal Approval workflow, design and configure chart-fields and combo-edits
- Create Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Trial Balances and Cash flow statements reports

**2ndRole**:
**Job title**: Peoplesoft Technical Specialist

**Location**:Toronto ON

**Job type**:Fulltime permanent role only

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in Account Payable module is a must
- Should have 5 years’ experience in technical implementation

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Implement change requests as per change management policies and procedures
- Perform system modification and enhancements based on business needs
- Review and recommend improvements to current PS processes
- Coordinate with Project Manager to develop project plan and determine resource requirements
- Develop interfaces, understand table structures, run month-end PS batches and generate reports
- Monitor and report project status to Manager on regular basis. Maintain project technical documentations for management review
- Analyze and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner
- Provide support in UAT and bug fixing activities

**3rd Role**:
**Job title**: Peoplesoft Functional Consultant - AP

**Location**:Toronto ON

**Job type**:Fulltime permanent role only

**Skills Required**:

- Process functional expertise in PeopleSoft Account Payable Module
