Responsibilities:

- Structuring and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Monthly corporate and project financial reporting and presentations
- Manage administrative duties; finance, accounting, payroll, HR

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Preferred experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic financial planning
- Experience in business development and negotiating contracts
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $53.00-$130.00 per hour
