This is a remote opportunity_

We are looking for an inspiring, innovative and result-oriented leader with strong technical sales ability and proven track record of closing deals worldwide with major Tier-1 OEM’s in the mobile and computing industry. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a central role in driving rapid growth through global strategic account management, go-to-market strategy, and processes to enable scalability.

We are in an important growth phase with an emerging haptic technology. You and your team do not only sell an integrated circuit, but that the customers adopt a complete and complex solution. To realize this goal, you will build and lead a global multidisciplinary team of a dozen accomplished employees and collaborate closely with internal and external partners.

**Your daily life at Boréas**

You will be in charge of driving all new global opportunities to convert them into design wins, which includes:

- Define and drive Boréas growth strategy, meeting or exceeding annual revenue and booking targets;
- Build deep and comprehensive key account strategies to accelerate complex product designs-in/win with multiple partners and teams from unique engineering programs with world leading mobile, pc and consumer brands;
- Confidently represent Boréas Technologies with all levels of our customers and partners including executives, engineering, procurement, product management and design;
- Coach, develop and empower your team;
- Build strong and collaborative cross-functional relationship between sales and other departments to ensure partnerships are strategically aligned to meet and exceed commitments.

**What we are looking for**
- You have an education and / or relevant experience in electrical engineering (DEC, BAC), in order to be able to fully understand and sell our technology;
- You have experience B2B commercial prospecting, complex sales and large account management in Tier 1 customers in the mobile and PC market;
- You have thorough knowledge of semiconductor products, sales and business development with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
- You have a high level of business acumen, you are a skilled negotiator, and you are intellectually sharp;
- You are autonomous, determined and you have the desire to win;
- You have exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication abilities (including listening and delivering presentations with impact)
- You are recognized for your ability to lead and coach a team;
- You have a good cultural understanding and experience engaging with team members and customers in Asia;
- You can travel up to 40% of the time and you can be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of our international customers (mostly Asia).

It would be an asset, if in addition:

- Additional language skills (French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is an asset.
- You have knowledge of haptics or mechanics;
