ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration, maintenance and optimization of the company network.
- Administration of AWS cloud infrastructure including (EC2, Route 53, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch and CloudTrail).
- Establish and ensure compliance of network policy, procedures and network security.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of server and workstations, software, and network appliances.
- Maintain the Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online hybrid environment - recommend, plan and execute upgrades associated with message handling.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery products and processes.
- Develop detailed network specifications and adhere to standards to support new and existing IT project initiatives.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on systems and software that will increase employee productivity.
- Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of associated materials for all equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Perform routine tests of all systems to proactively be ready for disasters.
- University degree/Collage diploma in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience;
- Experience with following technologies:

- Windows Servers and workstation OS - Mac OSX - Windows Active Directory - Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online and Office 365 - Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop - Backup, antivirus and spam filter appliances and software - Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL - Microsoft IIS, Nginx or Apache, HAProxy load balancer - Wordpress installation - Amazon Web Services IaaS or other cloud IaaS or PaaS - VMware vSphere - SonicWall NSA Security Appliances - Cisco or Dell switches and routers
- Experience in administering and managing LAN and WAN environments using VPN
- Experience with server monitoring tools.
- Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Understand the balance between customer service and the financial interest of the company
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and listening
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Willingness to continually learn and advance technical knowledge
