**Merchandising Associate**

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specializing in Sales and Merchandising and Experiential Marketing. We are immediately hiring merchandising representative to work with us on our WT team. The programs include Entertainment, Grocery and Health & Beauty in Walmart & Best Buy. We service many clients such as Movie Studios, Ubisoft, Voortman cookies, Smuckers, Nespresso and with many more clients to come in the future This is a program that is growing constantly.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Executing in-store program priorities
- Setting up point of sale material
- Resets
- Effectively manage multiple clients at any given time for success.
- Conducting audits
- Detailed reporting
- Managing in-store inventory, stock replenishment, and packing overstock/returns
- Establishing exceptional working relationships with in-store staff (especially key decision makers such as store managers
- Negotiating premier shelf space and front of store presence
- On-going Client Training online and in-field as required

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Must be available Tuesday mornings (7:30 a.m. mandatory start) and potentially all other days of the week as well.
- Possess merchandising experience, retail or customer service role is an asset, however transferable experience will be considered
- Must be able to work independently, be highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must be physically able to lift, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
