**_MasterBrand Cabinets (_**known in Winnipeg as**_ Kitchen Craft Cabinetry, and Urban Effects)_**, is a dynamic supplier of high quality kitchen cabinetry and countertops with facilities and sales throughout North America. As a growing company we have current and future opportunities in our Manufacturing plant (located on Springfield Road in Winnipeg) for **Assemblers, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers**
- ** Assemblers** **are responsible for the assembly of cabinets, ensuring the assembly meets quality standards. Applicants must have the ability to read and interpret various gauges and measuring devices, pay attention to detail and have previous experience utilizing various hand tools; ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and physical environment is mandatory.
- ** Shipping Material Handlers**:

- **Material Handlers - Level 1** will manually pull completed cabinets off conveyor, stack on pallets, and move to correct location for shipping. Previous experience with powered mobile equipment is an asset.
- ** Material Handlers - Level 2 **will pre-plan the loading of trailers, scan and load product based on the delivery schedule. Ability to read and interpret shipping paperwork; computer literacy; attention to detail; ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment is necessary. Experience with Power Mobile Equipment is mandatory and previous shipping experience is required.
- ** Machine Operators**:

- Previous experience in operating entry level to complex machinery in the woodworking industry is ideal. Strong working mechanical knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance is required. Must have the ability to read and understand schematics and work instructions. Ability to troubleshoot machine operations and willingness to work in a fast-paced, and physical environment are necessary. CNC experience is considered an asset.
- ** Material Handlers** **are responsible for assisting Production in loading and off-loading materials from the lines and machines, assisting Operators and Assemblers, and assisting with general clean up. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment is mandatory.

All other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.

Reliable transportation is required (**Facility is not on a bus route**).
