- ** Are Organized**. You’ll strive to maintain your assigned workspace in an organized and orderly manner. You’ll maintain inventory of all the tools needed to perform and use shop supplies with diligence.
- ** Are Safety-Conscious**. You’ll become familiar with and follow all ISO procedures and communicate any hazards to the Quality Manager. You’ll complete all work following safety procedures demonstrated in training
- ** Are Driven**. You’ll attend school as required and strive to meet the standards of the Ministry of Skills Development. You’ll take feedback from management to successfully complete repairs demonstrating competency in learned skills.

**You’ll also need to have**:

- A valid Ontario Driver's License
- Registered Level 2 or 3 Apprentice Motor Vehicle Mechanic
