QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with physicians, clients, visitors with high regard for public relations.
- Proven written skills.
- Computer skills mandatory.
- Medical Terminology mandatory.
- Ability to do staffing with direction.
- Strong organizational skills.
- If internal, satisfactory performance appraisal.
- Commitment to future changes in unit philosophies and on-going

continuing education
