Scarborough, Canada Springwind Immigration Consulting Services Inc. Full time

We are seeking an Employer Recruiter to join our team

Your secondary focus will be selling and offering Springwind Immigration Recruitment services and Immigration Services to potential Foreign workers overseas as well as in-Canada temporary residents who are still in the process of securing employment in order to be eligible under various provincial nominee immigration programs for their work permit and Permanent residency in Canada. Our company head office is located in Toronto, Ontario.

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (6 months probation)

**Salary**: Base pay + bonus commission on performance review

Term of Employment: 1 year contract with possibility leading to permanent position

**Responsibilities**:

- Create staffing solutions to Canadian businesses.
- On-boarding employers by conducting orientation information about provincial employment standards and employer compliance policy when hiring foreign workers.
- Drafting employment contract, job offer letter template for employers
- Drafting employer compliance audit document checklist for employers
- Actively develop and execute sales and marketing plan that will help boost the company's revenue.
- Accountable for business growth through following up on leads and delivering information to prospective employers.
- Maintain up-to-date employers tracking system and.
- Track recruiting progress.
- Create marketing contents and designs for social media and website.
- Manage the inventory of sales materials such as brochures, promotional item, and sales kits.
- Capable of exceeding goals, objectives, and sales targets.
- Reliable worker with long term goal of growing together with company.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in corporate recruitment, human resources/staffing/ or sales/marketing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an immigration service industry preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred). College diploma is acceptable with great marketing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Advanced digital marketing skills to help company boost web visibility.
- Goal-oriented and can deliver outcome that makes an immediate impact to the success of Springwind Immigration business.
- Strategic thinker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
