**What we are looking for**:
**Claims Supervisor**

Adjuster's License or CIP certification required.

**Summary of Authority and Responsibility**
We are currently recruiting a **Claims Supervisor **to join our Commercial Lines team in **Ontario **.
- You will Lead a team of casualty claims handlers as they navigate options that contribute to solutions including coaching, mentoring, performance management and career development.
- Provide direction, guidance, training, and technical advice to aid in the development of adjusters and exceptional customer service.
- Attend Claims Leadership meetings & Committees.
- Identifies and addresses barriers to effective teamwork.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
- 7 years’ experience in all lines claims handling with an emphasis on casualty matters.
- Effective management and training skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and mathematical skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fully Licensed Adjuster in Ontario
- CIP or FCIP and CRM designation preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
