Grader Operator

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Grader to join our team. As a Grader, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as graders and loaders, to pave and build roads, and ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects. If you have mechanical knowledge, experience in commercial driving, and are proficient in grader we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment, including graders and loaders, to perform grading and leveling tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Perform horizontal drilling for utility installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically graders and loaders
- Proficiency in grader operation, with knowledge of Caterpillar equipment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
