**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Gray Ridge Eggs Inc. is currently seeking a Full time Shipper Receiver to work at our Strathroy facility. This would be an afternoon position.

- Ability to use computer software including NAV and ERP systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comply with all Gray Ridge Eggs Inc. policies and procedures including all Health and Safety rules
- Unload trailers safely according to company procedures.
- Must become competent in the ERP System.
- Inspect all incoming materials to ensure that they meet our company standards.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Inspect all trailers for conditions not within our company standards and complete the appropriate documentation.
- Follow sanitation procedures for all trailers.
- Accurately pick orders following company policy.
- Pile eggs carefully and securely to prevent damage.
- Pick out damaged product.
- Place all damaged product including store returns in assigned area, following proper procedure and documentation.
- Load trailers securely according to company procedure.
- Load Board Eggs securely according to company procedure
- Inform supervisor of any maintenance observations or requests.
- Organize stock / stock rotation.
- Keep area free of hazardous conditions (housekeeping)
- Complete any tasks as required from the Shipping Supervisor.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Completion of High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred.

**HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL**
- Work in compliance with divisional and legislative health, safety and environmental procedures
- Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Participate in all required health, safety and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct

Schedule: Sunday 10am-Completion*

Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-12am (or completion*)

Hourly Rate: Starting at $23.55
- Completion - to be determined by the shift supervisor and distribution requirements
