Attic Insulator

We are looking to add an Attic Insulator to our team.

We are a full-service insulation & contracting business. Our longstanding commitment to service and quality has helped us positively grow in Manitoba's new home construction & home improvement markets. We specialize in residential new construction and renovations servicing homebuilders, general contractors, property managers and the home owning public.

The position plays an integral role in our team providing one of our key services to customers. They are responsible for the setup of the equipment, and installing loose fill insulation. As an Installer you will complete jobs in a timely manner. Other duties include quality checks, maintain equipment on truck, complete all paperwork accurately. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. Health and dental benefits after 3 months.

We are looking for individuals who work well under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, can think on their feet and problem solve while working effectively in a team with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Valid drivers license required. No criminal record.

Main Responsibilities:

- Install loose fill insulation in residential and commercial buildings
- Prepare materials, equipment and work areas
- Utilize the workspace, products and equipment safely and responsibly
- General tool use including basic skills with hand tools
- Interact with customers, co-workers, and supervisors clearly, professionally and respectfully
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment and tools.
- Insulation removal by vacuum extraction equipment.
- Helping Spray Foam crews when required.

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
