As a Graphic Artist, you will play a vital role in our design team, creating captivating and imaginative graphics for our collections. Your work will be an integral part of shaping our brand's identity and making our clothing even more appealing to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging graphics for both private brand & license character collections.
- Create eye-catching prints, patterns, and illustrations that resonate with our retailer needs.
- Stay updated on recent design trends, particularly those in childrenswear & license character brands.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Assist in the development of branding materials, packaging, and marketing collateral as needed.
- Prepare files for licensor approval, follow-up on status & make necessary changes based on design feedback.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts for upcoming collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven Experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work related to kidswear or similar markets.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
- An understanding of current design trends in the fashion industry.
- Ability to sketch new clothing & accessories with key details
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for children's fashion and a keen eye for what appeals to young audiences.

Description du poste:
En tant que graphiste, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe de conception, en créant des graphismes captivants et imaginatifs pour nos collections. Votre travail contribuera à façonner l'identité de notre marque et à rendre nos vêtements encore plus attrayants pour notre public cible.

Principales responsabilités:

- Collaborer avec l'équipe de conception pour développer des graphismes attrayants pour les collections de marques privées et de personnages sous licence.
- Créer des imprimés, des motifs et des illustrations accrocheurs qui répondent aux besoins de nos détaillants.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances en matière de design, en particulier dans le domaine des vêtements pour enfants et des marques de personnages sous licence.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de production pour assurer la réussite de la mise en œuvre des dessins.
- Participer à l'élaboration du matériel de marque, de l'emballage et du matériel de marketing, selon les besoins.
- Préparer les dossiers pour approbation par les concédants de licence, suivre l'état d'avancement et apporter les modifications nécessaires en fonction des réactions des concepteurs.
- Participer à des séances de brainstorming afin de développer de nouveaux concepts pour les collections à venir.

Qualifications:

- Expérience confirmée en tant que graphiste ou designer, avec un solide portfolio présentant des travaux liés aux vêtements pour enfants ou à des marchés similaires.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de conception tels que Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Compréhension des tendances actuelles en matière de design dans l'industrie de la mode.
