Marine Technician

**Responsibilities**:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine engines and systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and system issues

Repair or replace defective parts as needed

Conduct engine performance tests

Install new engines or systems as required

Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Deliver diagnostic reports to the Parts and Service team, outlining the necessary course of action for repairs.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Certification in Mercury, Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, or Yamaha is an asset

Proven experience as a marine technician

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Boat Handling Experience

Drivers Liscense

**Salary**: $19.05-$43.06 per hour
