Irrigation Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Install new irrigation systems according to specifications and design plans
- Perform routine maintenance on existing irrigation systems, including checking for leaks, adjusting sprinkler heads, and repairing or replacing damaged components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems, such as low water pressure or malfunctioning valves
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with clients to determine their irrigation needs and provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Irrigation Technician or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of irrigation equipment and components, including valves, pipes, and controllers preferred
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
