CFS Canada is an Automatic Door Company that is looking to fill the position of **Division Manager** for our division that focuses on wood doors, metal doors, wood frames, metal frames & door hardware. This position is in-person at our Ottawa Office.

**Responsibilities**:
The **Division Manager** is responsible for supervising the overall performance of employees within the division while increasing market share in their assigned territory, managing financial performance of the division, and ensuring that customer needs are met. Responsibilities of this role include:

- Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for their location
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
- Directs the operations of the division
- Ensures appropriate communication occurs within and across divisions/departments which includes leading regular department management/employee meetings
- Leads by example with H&S procedures and is a key driver in ensuring the Health & Safety of all employees

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership position
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and departmental business goals
- Division 8 industry experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of financial metrics, and a solid understanding of sales, parts and service operations is required
- Relevant work experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

**SALARY POTENTIAL**

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
