We are looking for a** Summer Co-op 310T Apprentice Technician **for our** Mississauga **dealership** located at 7450 Torbram Rd, Mississauga, ON L4T 1G9. This is a full time contract position without benefits from April 22, 2024 to August 16, 2024.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible to diagnose problems deemed for your Apprenticeship Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and under supervision to make repairs to all types of trucks, buses, trailers, and other automotive vehicles.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
- Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
- Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
- Document work performed.
- Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
- Examine protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices on trucks and make adjustments as needed.
- Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty.
- Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties may be assigned

**Basic Qualifications**
- 310T Apprentice
- Good communication skills and work attitude
- Quality Driven
- SAP experience is an asset
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- Criminal Record Check
- Driver's Abstract
