**Position Overview**

As the Softscaping Foreman at Atkinson Landscaping, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of softscaping projects, ensuring that each outdoor space is transformed into a stunning oasis. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, specializing in planting, sod installation, bark mulch installation, shrub shearing and pruning, and full property cleanups. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of softscaping technicians, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of the project.
- Coordinate daily tasks and assignments, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee all aspects of softscaping projects, including planting, sod installation, bark mulch installation, shrub shearing and pruning, and full property cleanups.
- Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver customized softscaping solutions.
- Maintain and manage equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly utilized.
- Monitor project progress and expenses, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, communication, and professional development among team members.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in softscaping, with expertise in planting, sod installation, bark mulch installation, shrub shearing and pruning, and full property cleanups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
