**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in a natural resource management related field (e.g., Forestry, Geography, or Natural Resource Management) or an equivalent combination of education/training, plus 3 or more years’ experience working in a natural resource discipline.
- Must be registered or immediately* eligible for registration as a fully licensed registered professional with one of the following associations: Association of BC Forest Professionals, BC Institute of Agrologists, or Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. *Immediately means you are currently a fully licensed registered professional member in good standing in another Canadian jurisdiction and can immediately transfer to the ABCFP, the BCIA or the APEGBC).
- Experience in negotiating/mediating solutions in natural resource management.
- Experience managing multiple projects, or leading a component of a project, using project management standards, principles and tools
- Experience establishing, building and maintaining collaborative working relationships to facilitate solutions in process improvements in natural resource management.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary issues involved in natural resource management.

Preference may be given to applicants with 1 or more of the following:
- 3 or more years of experience in leading or managing multiple projects.
- 3 or more years of experience in working in collaborative environments with Indigenous nations and various stakeholder groups to advance natural resource developments in British Columbia.
- Fully licensed registered professional with one of the following associations: Association of BC Forest Professionals, BC Institute of Agrologists, or Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.

This is a temporary opportunity until 03/31/2025. This temporary opportunity may become permanent.
