**Position Responsibilities**:

- Installation and maintenance within diverse environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, safety reports, and Field Level Hazard Assessments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand and power tools safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for duct layouts and HVAC system installations.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, vehicles, and work areas.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable 5-year driving abstract.
- Sheet Metal and commercial/residential duct installation experience preferred.
- Valid safety certifications (First Aid, Fall Protection, WHMIS, Lift Training) are considered an asset.
- Valid Sheet metal certification.

**We Offer**:

- Full-time and Apprenticeship positions.
- Competitive salary range: $18.00-$42.00 per hour (Based on experience).
- Flexible language requirement: French not required.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
- Supplemental pay types include overtime pay.
- Lodging/Accommodations provided.

**Skills and Additional Requirements**:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Skilled in sheet metal fabrication techniques and familiar with various materials.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must own a vehicle for job site mobility.
