Maybe you’re looking for a new opportunity, maybe you’re feeling bored with your current role, or maybe this role just happened to catch your eye - for whichever reason, I present to you the role of Booking Goddess: a sales role in conjunction with our US locations from Montreal, QC.

We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate sales professional with a background in selling luxury, beauty, and/or bridal-related products and services, who’s not afraid of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an ambitious and successful individual, you will have access to significant earning potential with uncapped commission.

**_ Here’s what you’ll be doing _**
- Work within a team environment to collaboratively grow the business;
- Work with management to consistently improve sales;
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas;
- Work collaboratively and seamlessly with our Reception & Reservation Specialists and our US studios to coordinate appointments and optimal scheduling;
- Effectively lead prospects through a defined sales process;
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a women-oriented environment and a background in luxury/beauty sales over the phone;
- Strong telephone manners;
- Experience with and solid understanding of Shopify, Slack, and G-Suite;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Passion for people and promoting self-acceptance and confidence;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work very well under pressure and in a target-based environment;
- Flexible schedule [evenings, occasional weekends, etc.]

**_Assets:_**
- Experience working in an entirely-female team;
- Fully bilingual [oral and written] in both English and Spanish;
- Have an experienced background in telesales, cold-calling, and working with both outside and inside sales;
- Luxury retail sales experience;
- Expert negotiation skills;
- Interest in and knowledge of photography.
