Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a **Shop Helper** to join their team in Barrie.

The **Shop Helper** is responsible for assisting the technicians with shop maintenance and are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in Service.

**Job Duties**:

- General housekeeping around the shop.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and preform repairs.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
- Clean up and organize tires.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting parts delivered.
- Assist with basic vehicle clean-up and detailing.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission is an asset.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
