**Position Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning and Custodial Technician. The role of Cleaner and Custodial Technician at SLP is responsible for all in-suite cleaning, property cleaning and common area cleaning in the portfolio. Delivers and maintains a positive customer service experience. Notifies management of all resident issues and provides suggestions for improvement. Notifies management of issues that may require servicing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around properties, common areas and apartments where applicable
- Cleans assigned rooms and shared spaces including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, picking up large objects and glass/ window cleaning.
- Cleans and maintains restrooms including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Sets up, stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assists other departments to ensure optimum services to guests and tenants.
- Delivers and maintains a positive customer service experience.
- Notify management of any resident complaints and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Additional duties, as required.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid G license

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
