Griller & Expediting station

Catering High volume

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Have 3 years’ minimum experience as a Chef or equivalent
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- 3 years Experience with Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a must
- Experience on Grill/ Broiler and expediting orders
- experience cutting and preparing meats and fish
- grilling steaks ,fish & seafood
- Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including meats & fish
- Must be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment.
- must be available to work daytime/lunch evening/dinner weekends and holidays
- Setting up your stations, Ensure all supplies needed for service ready for use ,such as stocks and garnishes. This may include chopping vegetables and butchery, preparing meat and fish
- Prepare and pack pre ordered catering and Event menus
- Perform duties in accordance with Ontario Health and Safety Standards Sanitize workstations Regular hand washing Station clean up Disposing of waste
- Romanos policies and procedures, as well as the Health and Safety standards.
- Must be able to speak ,read and write English

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
