Responsabilités:
- Comprendre en détail les critères d'acceptation du client pour le projet/produit.
- Effectuer la remise systématique de la fabrication.
- Respecter avec rigueur les procédures de test.
- S'assurer que toutes les procédures de test en série sont couvertes et que les rapports de test sont remplis.
- Gérer la réparation des pannes dès leur apparition.
- Tracez avec précision et rigueur chaque panne.
- En cas d'écarts non résolus, signalez-les au responsable des tests EPU.
- Proposer une amélioration du processus.
- Travailler dans un esprit d'équipe et de transparence avec son quart de travail et l'autre quart de travail.
- Assurer l'interface et la parfaite relation de travail avec : Technicien Ingénierie d'Essais, Qualité Industrielle.
- Escaladez tous les outils de test non à jour.
- Doit être conscient de ses KPI et de ses performances sur les KPI respectifs.
- Conforme aux procédures EHS.
- Signale les déviations, les quasi-accidents et les accidents.
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans les activités industrielles liées aux systèmes électriques, de contrôle, de communication embarqués et de réseau dans l'industrie des procédés, les chemins de fer ou l'automatisation industrielle.
- Français courant, anglais fonctionnel.
- Diplôme en instrumentation et contrôle ou électronique ou automatisation ou électromécanique.
Compétences recherchées:
- Avoir un bon niveau technique dans les domaines électrique, électronique, mécanique et réseaux.
- État d'esprit axé sur les résultats.
- Capacité à avoir une bonne communication avec d'autres collègues et d'autres fonctions. (ingénierie, fabrication, industriel, qualité,)
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions efficaces dans un environnement complexe.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs sites/fonctions dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Approche par esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
Atout:
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et des appareils intelligents.
- Connaître les activités à haut risque en association avec les travaux électriques et les exigences EHS.
