Body Shop Parts Person

As a Body Shop Parts Person, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and managing parts inventory for our body shop. You will ensure that the right parts are available when needed, support the body shop technicians, and maintain accurate records of all parts transactions. General support in aiding in completing of sublet work and moving vehicles off site for repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order and receive parts for vehicle repairs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies.
- Track and document parts usage and stock levels.
- Coordinate with body shop technicians to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Handle parts returns and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist with pricing and billing of parts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in auto parts management or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
