**Salary**:$18.615, $19.192, $19.828, $20.506, $21.202, $21.924

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

**Position Overview**:
**Experience**:

- Prior security experience preferred.

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.
- Diploma from a recognized education facility for Security Officer Training, or a combination of previous experience in law enforcement or a military background.

**Certification/Licensure/Registration**:

- Must be eligible for “Special Constable” (Peace Officer) appointment by the Attorney General’s Department.
- Must possess a valid Manitoba Security Guard License and/or any future license mandated by the province to perform the duties of a Security Guard.
- Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Good physical and mental health required.
- Position requires a considerable amount of walking and the physical ability to restrain or evict unauthorized individuals.

As a result of _The Health Sector Bargaining Unit Review Act_, the bargaining agent for this position may differ from the Union identified.
