**McCoy Getaways Limited**, the tour company of McCoy Bus Service, is looking for an exceptional person(s) to work in our company to help plan, build and book our bus tours to destinations across Ontario, Quebec and the eastern United States.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will demonstrate your knowledge, organizational skills and experience in the travel and tour industry are second to none. You will organize day tours and multi-day tours based on common industry destinations and attractions as well as explore new sights, locations and events. Past experience in selling cruise vacations would be an asset.

**What you will need to be successful in this role**:

- 3+ years as a travel consultant or related travel industry experience
- A great knowledge of geography in Ontario, Quebec and the eastern United States and popular group travel destinations/events in these areas
- An understanding of the bus tour industry
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Superior customer service skills and attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial flair and understanding of costs and how they relate to the bottom line
- Strong computer skills using a tour booking and management software as well as be proficient in Microsoft Office software
- You must have a passion to quickly learn the skills and knowledge you don’t currently possess.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must and the same in French would be a definite asset.
- TICO certified

**What we expect of you**:

- Work both independently and with our team to build and manage a portfolio of tour products
- Research and recommend tour and travel destinations based on customer feedback
- Construct accurate and detailed tour itineraries and communicate them to staff and clients
- Track deposit amounts and ensure final payments are made on time to restaurants, attractions, events, hotels and venues
- Accuracy and superior attention to detail

Pay: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year*Overview*

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines are met
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status

*Requirements*
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and inform stakeholders
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Leadership qualities to lead project teams effectively
- Customer service orientation
- Proficiency in public speaking is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
