**Our Full Service Division is requiring some new Landscape Technicians**

Full time MUST be able to drive a manual transmission. Our dump truck is standard transmission. We will train on the vehicle specifically, but there must be a basic understanding.

This is a worker/manager position. Meaning that you will quite often be working on your own depending on which services you are doing at that time of year. You will be expected to load out the required items and products for the day, to follow a route, complete jobs in a timely fashion, with precision and quality. As you demonstrate professionalism, there will be options for you to run your own team in the future.

We are a small company and are looking for career oriented individuals that want to grow with the company, and fill out larger roles as the company expands
- lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
- spreading and leveling soil/mulch
- seeding, fertilizing etc..
- use of riding mowers
- use of backpack sprayers
- use of equipment such as aerators and dethatch/power rake
- basic equipment & vehicle maintenance while on the road
- sales
- Must be reliable to work when scheduled
- Must be able to work in rain or shine
- Physically fit to complete all tasks and projects
- Driver’s license in good standing (abstract required)
- Experience Driving Company Vehicle
- Able to work with limited supervision as well as in a team.
- Ability to quality check prior to completing a job.
- Able to follow systems and procedures
- Experience in a seasonal profession with longer hours at certain times of the year.

Starting wage will be based upon experience.

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Bonuses for new sales, and hitting targets above base rate. Consistent raises as new skills are mastered.
