As an innovative Canadian company, we continue our expansion and will soon open a new multilevel store in downtown Toronto, on Power Street. We are currently looking for a **showroom technician** for our new location. If furniture assembly and customer service are part of your talents and you are looking for a rewarding workplace, this position is for you

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the individual occupying the position of **showroom technician** carries out in their daily activities various tasks of reception, shipping and provision of merchandise.

Here is what a day looks like for our showroom technicians at Home Société & MUST:

- Managing the reception and shipment of merchandise;
- Assembling the furniture, wrapping and unpacking furniture and other items;
- Displaying the merchandise on the showroom floor;
- Identifying the items and labelling ;
- Managing inventory and transfers.

You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

- You have a sense of priorities and organization;
- You have 4 years’ experience in furniture assembly and/or woodworking;
- You demonstrate attitudes such as respect, courtesy, patience and good humour with skills for teamwork;
- You are comfortable with heavy lifting (25-50Lbs);
- You respect the rules of health and safety at the workplace;
- You respect the work guidelines and the limits of your field of intervention;
- You present a positive image of the establishment.
