**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Place, Screed, Float, and finish concrete.
- Ensure concrete is level and to grade/depth specifications.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
- Take part in formwork (experience an asset).
- Installing rebar, vapor barrier and expansion joint.
- Minor concrete repairs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- General construction experience is considered an asset.
- Experience pouring concrete and completing flat work finishing would be beneficial.
- Ability to operate tools and machinery as required.
- Valid ‘G’ license with own transportation to and from site.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow new skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Experience an asset but not required. Will provide on the job training.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
